Letter of Intent for Research Team

Submission Content:

The letter of Intent should be 2-3 pages in length and address the following points.

• Team leader and Investigators in the Research Team
• Description of the research area and specific goals for the project
• Brief plan of interaction and rationale for assembling the team
• Preliminary target date and mechanism for external funding

Deadline:

The LOI deadline for this round of funding is 5:00pm, February 15, 2013.

Submission:

The LOI should be bundled together with NIH Biosketches for each of the team members into a single PDF file and submitted by email to rpintar@umich.edu

Review Process:

The CFO Research Team Committee will review letters of intent to identify teams with appropriate and competitive projects for submission of a full proposal. The deadline for full proposals is March 25, 2013.
